Coffee goes through a long journey and countless processes before becoming the cup we enjoy today. Along the way, it has captivated people around the world and become an essential part of daily life.

At the same time, coffee production and distribution face a number of social challenges, including child labor, pricing that fails to reflect actual production costs due to fluctuations in the market, and the decline of coffee-growing regions caused by climate change, often referred to as the “2050 problem.”
We believe that we, as consumers, also have a responsibility to face these challenges and take action toward solutions — actions that will help create a future where great coffee continues to exist.

At ONIBUS COFFEE, we are committed to preserving the lives of coffee producers, who are at the very beginning of the coffee journey, as well as protecting the environments where coffee is grown. We do this so that we can continue enjoying delicious coffee for generations to come and continue discovering exceptional coffees yet to be found.

When purchasing green coffee beans, sensory quality is an important factor in our selection process.
However, we also actively choose coffees from producers who care for both people and nature — such as farms that provide educational opportunities for workers’ children, maintain fair working conditions, support the livelihoods of their communities, and practice the use of organic fertilizers.
Whenever possible, we visit coffee-producing countries and purchase green coffee through direct relationships in order to increase transparency throughout the supply chain.
