A single cup of coffee is created through countless processes and with the involvement of many people. There are producers who grow and process coffee in origin countries. The beans then travel across oceans to reach us in consuming countries, where they are roasted and brewed before finally becoming a cup of coffee. At ONIBUS, we never compromise at any stage of the process, ensuring that every cup is delivered with the highest quality.
We value not only quality, but also responsible production and working conditions.
Whenever possible, we visit coffee-producing regions ourselves and source coffee with a high level of transparency.
We select only coffees with a cupping score of 85 points or higher, which are classified as top specialty coffees based on this quality evaluation system.
All roasted coffees undergo a quality check once a week by our roaster team.
Through cupping sessions and discussions, we continuously refine our roasting approach and strive to achieve even better coffee quality.
To provide an exceptional cup with consistent quality at every ONIBUS and ALCB location, our baristas undergo a multi-stage skill evaluation process before becoming an ONIBUS barista.
