We provide wholesale coffee services for business owners and companies that currently serve or are looking to introduce coffee into their business, not limited to cafés and restaurants. Our specialty coffee, crafted with a focus on exceptional quality, includes around 10 selections at all times — from our signature blends to single origin coffees that highlight the unique characteristics of each growing region. We offer options to suit different business sizes, concepts, and budgets. We also support the selection and installation of coffee equipment, including coffee machines.
We aim to roast coffee in a way that fully expresses the original flavors and aromas of high-quality green coffee beans without compromising their characteristics. We use a DIEDRICH25kg roaster from the United States, a semi-hot air roasting machine designed to bring out the unique qualities of each coffee.
When purchasing green coffee beans, we place the highest importance on quality. Whenever possible, we visit coffee-producing regions to understand the realities of production firsthand. We consider factors such as appropriate growing environments, fair working conditions, transparency throughout the supply chain, and the level of sustainability as important criteria in our sourcing decisions.
Roasting conditions are constantly changing depending on the season and the characteristics of each coffee. Our quality control process is focused on continuously pursuing better coffee quality. We evaluate every roasted coffee, make adjustments, and refine our roasting approach to ensure consistent quality.
